Instalment Ripoff.

Ackermans how is it you add policies under ones account without the client being aware. Constantly pays the account but the balance remains the same, then told all the money has being going towards the policy. Went to the store and told can't help, called you head office told me to go the store. I have asked for a proof of where i signed for those polices. I have asked for the to be cancelled and all that money go towards my balance. Till today I have not being helped. I stoped paying my instalment because what's the use when that damn money goes to policies I don't even know of.
