I was in Westgate branch to collect my laybye around 3 O'clock but I left Ackermans by 6 O'clock because of my item were missing, I think one of the stuff stole it but they have refunded it. I'm still not sure if my item are okay because they had to recalculate my item again and I was already tired because I was with my kids .
