Indescribable Attitude/Arrogance

Good morning

On Saturday, 19 January 2019 I went to Palm Springs Shopping complex to laybye 3 phones. When I got in the shop I greeted everyone at the counter and only one lady rep****. I then mentioned that my reason to be at the store. one of the ladies directed me to the lady who will be assisting me. I told her that I need to laybye 3 phones. she ask which phones do I want with a straight face I showed her and she just left me there. I waited 20 min and went to ask where was she. I was told that she was looking for the phones at the back. When she came back she went straight to the till without saying anything to me I was standing there confused and I kept on asking other staff members what was going on. While I was there some guy came to buy phones cash she then proceeded assisting the gentleman. I had t ask again how is she assisting the gentleman when I have now been waiting for 45 min and the guy just came in. I decided to leave I was so disrespected I ended up going to Jet to layby the phones. when I tell people around my experience at the store. They even know how to describe her. That's how bad it is. Because we are a black market and people have no facilities/ access to complain it doesnt mean that we have to be treated like this. Overall I have spend 1hour in the store and I walked out very upset and disrespected.

The name of the lady is Nomonde or Mandisa Bali. 1 She doesn't have smile on her face at all. 2. Her body language is just OFF OFF OFF . 4. She doesn't communicate. 5. All I got was just arrogance and is at another level. 5. She treats people like shes the owner of that branch. 3. She too comfortable in treating people the way she does, can she please get out of it and do her job

Im extremely upset with what I have experienced!!
