Incorrect pricing

Yesterday, 29 January 2019 i was at the Ackermans store in Mall of Africa. I purchased a Samsung J2 Core cell phone. The advertised price, in the cabinet was R1299. When i paid for the phone, teh til showed it as R1399. The ladies assisting we advised that they could not override the till. There was no manager in site. They are not empowering there staff to deal with difficult issues. I must say the ladies were embarrassed and apologized profusely, but could not assist.
