*********** staff, bad service. Ackermans are theives .

Once again Ackermans has over charged me for items. Their solutions is for me to waste my time and my petrol to back to their store with *********** staff to resolve the issue. I was also told even though it is their mistake I might not receive a refund if I don't go back to the store immediately. The fact that I went to the store in my lunch time doesn't seem to concern them. This is absolutely ridiculous. So once again I must spend money to go get the money they stole back or I must just except this bad service. Again!
