<p>Dear Confirmationations Manager</p> <p> </p> <p>I app**** for this account on the 26th of April. A consultant phones me on the 11th of April 2017. At the beginning of the call I stated that I was on maternity leave and that I can get a confirmation letter from HR stating my salary and that I am permanently employed as well. My recent payslip is April 2017, but that does not show my full salary as it is worked put pro rata. The Consultant says that it is fine and we can proceed. We complete the application 10 – 15 minutes later and then says it is approved and she just wants to confirm my documents. She then goes to the confirmation manager who says I need three months payslips, so I said to her that I just told you I do not have 3 months payslips so she then says not a problem, I can send 3 months bank statements. I stated that I can send 3 months bank statements but it will not show my salary because I was on MATERNITY Leave. Then the consultant says can I just print the payslips. I reply to her and ask how can I print payslips when I didn’t receive a salary for the months I was on maternity leave.</p> <p> </p> <p>The staff are *********** and besides that if other institutes, can accept that documentation.. what is wrong with ackermans?</p> <p> </p>
