INCOMPETENCE AT ACKERMANS THEY CANNOT ACCESS EFT PROOF OF PAYMENT

I paid my account via EFT and put all the correct references on the 25th of March 2025. After 9 days i received a text reminding me to pay the account. I was gobsmacked as it has been so many days after i have paid it, surely it should be appearing on their system. I called their 086 numbers, spoke to a few of agents got an email address to send the proof of payment and they told me the email will appear after 24hrs. I dont know what kind of email is that. The next day when i called to verify if they have received the email, the agent tells me that i need to send a proof of payment, a copy of my ID and 3 months bank statement. They cannot help me unless i send those documents, just to verify if they have received the proof of payment. That payment when i made i made sure that the reference were on point. Now i need to go to the bank, leave my place of work and get a 3 months bank statement. The agents i spoke to yesterday never mentioned that. This is so frustrating, why asking people to pay through EFT when you failing to access proof of payments
