Inappropriate behaviour

I just left Ackermans Moruleng mall a couple of minutes ago. We were in a queue at the till and the manager was being yelled at by another lady in uniform. It turns out the lady doing the yelling was their area/regional manager. She was so loud and so rude to the branch manager, it was almost disgusting. When someone does something wrong, that's an opportunity to show them the way, not bash them in front of customers. The rude lady stormed out of the store after having caused a ridiculous scene.
