Impeccable service
After experiencing appalling service from Ackermans Clearwater branch on 02/01/2018, I visited the Cradlestone branch and I must say Mpumy managed to make up for the terrible experience.
I’m very impressed and pleased with the quality of service provided by Mpumy,sincerely appreciate her responsiveness, great attitude and the way she conducts service.
From my interaction with her I could sense that she is passionate about helping her customers. She changed my perception of Ackermans brand drastically. Thank you! You have managed to make my day after the terrible experience at Clearwater.
Keep up the impeccable & excellent service young lady
