I'm not happy about store and head office customer service

Yesterday around 5 p.m. I went to buy jacket's for my girls, some guy by the name of Thabo or Thulane was assisting me with the payment at the till point. He then got distracted by some gal he knows that's when I got irritated, while I was busy talking to him he was busy talking to the gal. Asking for contact numbers while assisting me I had to wait for him and that gal to finish whatever they were doing...i told him I'm not happy his response was I'm trying my luck and he laughed at me....I felt useless for a second.... I'm not happy mall of Tembisa Ackerman's is one of the hell store when it comes to customer service....I have never seen their manager assisting by the tills even when it's really busy I wonder if that store has a manager.,..the staff behaviour is on another level of service.....it sucks. I'm writing for the second time.. first time it was about the underwater I bought for my girls but you also couldn't help me...head office is the same as stores these days...where can we lay our complaints then
