I went to Ackermans biche acres mall +*** and I received the best service from the lady with dreads Mpho in ***s department. I wanted a jacket and there was only one on the floor and the other customer already took it, so Mpho didn't say that's the last one like other shops say, she went at the stockroom and came back with different sizes to choose from and I was impressed with what she did.. She is so patient and make you feel calm and even fetched the basket for the customers that were in the department... I must say, we still have people who have excellent customer services in the location.. Thank you so much Mpho.. Keep it up the good work.
