I was shopping at Ackermans Woman Tubatse Crossing, found a dress I like, I preceeded to the counter to pay, stood there for a good few minutes waiting for someone to attend to me, nobody came, meanwhile the staff were busy on the floor chatting to each other, and I know they saw me standing there waiting, nobody came. Until I left my dress on the counter and walked out. Was so disappointed in the non-service, let alone that I didn't have an outfit I wanted for the weekend 😪
