I was Insulted and Humiliated by one of your Consultant!

I visited your store(Limpopo mall ) to exchange, by the entrance there was a lady called Molebogeng who when I tried to tell her that I am here to exchanged she just brushed me off and said i will attend when u exit!check cctv footage if you have to!okay fine When I get to the tills I'm told that I was supposed to show the lady at the entrance the items I'm exchanging, I tell the cashier that I actually did but she brushed me off. We go back to entrance(I and the Cashier),Molebogeng RUDELY so !says I never mentioned anything about exchange. Continue back talking at me and said she's actually not scared of any reports ,she won't be disrespected by customers. Yes right infront of other customers entering the store. With Pride she said "Do you think your Lousy report will make me loose my job?" Yes one of your Consultant insulted, humiliated me and Treated me like a Mad person.

Kindly if possible review a cctv footage because I actually did open my Bag when I entered the store as I wanted to show her that I'm there to return!

And if your Customer service includes back chatting and insulting customers then you just lost one of your long term loyal customer! I will rather spend where I am valued!
