I want to change this Premio S73 !!!!

I bought a cellphone Premio S73 from ackermans in Newcastle by Shoprite today, horrible...looks promising but its totally ridiculous. I get pop ups every second this is just excruciatingly annoying!!! I checked the previous comments here and OMG what on earth is this product still on display??? I want to change this **** and get a discent phone. I can never go on with this nonsense,I bought a phone thinking its an upgrade only to find myself in the deepest mess ! I want to change this slowest, horrible thing and get something better. The camera is a joke! Who created this product to begin with? Never in my baddest dreams got a pop up from a new phone for crying out loud! I want to change this phone!!! I don't want any repairs or anything that will take forever..I bought a phone for a reason!! I want to change it!!!!
