I WANT MY CASH BACK THE SAME WAY I GAVE THE CASH MONEY WHEN I MADE THE LAYBYE

So I have a laybye at Ackermans Clanwilliam store, forgot about it as I already purchased the same items at a store in CPT, I now received a message saying my laybye needs payment, and thought wait let me go and cancel this one as I have the same items bought already. Get to the store and they refuse to assist coming with all kinds of stories that they dnt have a float or money ..this is the second time with this excuse and this is why it was not canceled before. Then I said the customer at the till is paying cash so give my cash from that money as it is only the minimum of the laybye which is just over a R100 I think, and I paid cash with my capitec cars, showed them my statement and the laybye has a receipt showing cash on aswell with the items on it..they still refuse to assist me and said I need my slip to get my cash back..I REFUSE TO TAKE THE GIFT CARD AS THIS IS MY MONEY!! I asked for a manager and they told me no manager on the floor today 19 June 2025 only the 3 of them are on the floor today.....I need a manager to get this sorted and give my cash back...I want the cash money that I gave to the store on the day I laybyed my items... Ackermans should be ashamed of themselves wanting to take people's cash money and give them a gift card...it's MADNESS!! YOUR PHONE NUMBERS ONLINE DOESNT WORK!! AND YOUR STAFF ARE PATHETIC AND USELESS MAN!!
