I took my phone for repairs

Hello Peter I'm Sinenhlanhla Thwala based in Pietermaritzburg - KZN. I bought Hurricane Slam in July 01 at Ackerman's Church Street PMB. It started freezing on the 2nd day after I bought it. I didn't pay that much attention, it kept freezing until November 2019 it didn't want to read a sim card, sometime it couldn't turn on for days & on the 2nd of December I took it back to the shop for repairs, they said my phone will be back in 21 days. I keep going there since December 23 , still no Luck. Today it's the 26th of February 2020 my phone is not back or returned to me. I'm running out of patience with Ackerman's...

On Monday I'll be marking a 3rd Month since my phone was took for repairs...

How I wish there was another way to address this matter but I've went to Ackerman's in numerous times.. I go there maybe 3 times a month. I'm just tired. I need my phone back...
