I purchased a laptop online, unfortunately it is not charging and i did sent them an email they did not get back to me, also went to the nearest store the manger was willing to help but her hands we tight up, she told me she will call me if she get anything from someone then she called and told me the IT busy ever since that i am still waiting for her to call me i am very disappointed because i tried to call them anything is happing
