I purchased a HiSense E33 phone

I purchased a HiSense E33 phone. I had the phone for about a week, it kept on freezing, took it back to the store, the Manageress did not ask me if I would like to change the phone/or be refunded. They now have to send a brand new phone in for repairs, which will take 21 days. The phone cost me R1199.00
