I need my money

Good day. I have a problem with Ackermans, i paid my account on the 21 Of Jan 2025, and i made a mistake with the card number. I called Ackermans on the 03 Feb 2025, to check what's going on with the payment. They requested a proof of payment and all the relevant documents. Which i did send to them. They rep**** saying the refund will be made in 7-10 working days. And that was on the 03 Feb 2025. Till to day am still waiting for the funds to be allocated to my Ackermans account. And today no one can tell me when will the refund be done. This is a pathetic service. I cnt deal with Ackermans, they frustrating a person.
