I just tried opening an account with Ackermans

I just tried opening an account with Ackermans. I had my ID only and was told I could only bring in the missing documents upon receiving of an sms. Instead of my Gross salary I gave my Net salary but didn't think that would be an issue since I would later submit my payslip. I have been a loyal customer of Ackermans for YEARS. I have 2 sons with 1 on the way and was hoping to FINALLY have an account with them. To my surprise, I received an sms WITH NO EXPLANATION at all as to why to say that my application has been declined. This was almost immediately upon application 😭. Please help.
