I just received a call from Ackhermans agent and she was very rude and has an attitude, she calls around 6:51pm 15 May 2025 and told me I need to pay without even explaining the reason why for the call

I just received a call from Ackhermans agent and she was very rude and has an attitude, she calls around 6:51pm 15 May 2025 and told me I need to pay without even explaining the reason why for the call. When I try to ask what is the reason for the call and why she calls without explaining and she started being rude. She further insisted that it's not the first call I received from them explaining the same thing of which it was the first time receiving a call from Ackhermans of such. That agent needs to be trained customer service or leave that job if that how she speaks to customers. Ackhermans needs to hire professional people not people who just speak like they insane.
