i have settled account two years back,

I have settled the account two years back, i even received paid up letter from them, all credit berau screens were apdated, all of the sudden when i check my profile on transunion, ACKERMAN, IS REFLECTING AS I AM owing them +-200, i need them to check corectly their systems and update my profile
