I have been waiting for an order for weeks with no updates, worse there is no option to cancel the order, very inconvenient I must say

I have purchased school uniform online for my 2 kids, click and collect through payflex and the order went through have been waiting for an order number for almost weeks with no updates, worse there is no option to cancel the order, very inconvenient I must say,I'm so frustrated I phone almost evry after 3 days,nothing happening.the last person I spoke to was the customer care supervisor and she admitted that after sending an email with all supporting information was told again to wait for 72 hours but its now 3 weeks,she never get bck to me.weeks before i fad an issue with foneyam ackermans.very poor service will never buy from them again.
