I bought Xiaomi Redmi A3 in November 2024 the phone was up and running then in February 2026 it stopped working, it would switch off after a while will switch on then will freeze out of the blue

I bought Xiaomi Redmi A3 in November 2024 the phone was up and running then in February 2026 it stopped working, it would switch off after a while will switch on then will freeze out of the blue. I took the device to the store it was booked for repair on the 27 February 2026 Came back on the 2nd of April is worked for few hours then switched off again same day I brought it back, it was booked again for repairs the very same day. It came back again it worked few hours again started freezing, switching on and off was booked again on the 21st of April.
