I bought a phone at ackermans then 2 months later the screen started freezing when i took it back they said they will repair it and i should wait for 3 weeks ,3 weeks later when i went there they never repaired it they just said its liquid damaged while no liquid even entered the phone ,they are selling us phones with factory faults and they dont even help us,am so disappointed at their service and how they treat customers
