I am very much frustrated with these ackermans

I am very much disappointed with ackermans. In June 2025 a ***** was commited to my account and I was to told to submit some documents of which I did and their turn around time is 21 to 30 days to resolve the issue..... Up until now the issue hasn't been resolved and I am not getting any update from them Ive been calling them they all telling me different stories, apparently they still waiting for the slip were the ***** was committed. In the meantime I am told to continue paying
