I am very disappointed with Ackermans they lack customer service and are very rude, Including their stores in Park Central and Bree street.

I made a payment at Ackermans of R150 using my ID and the payment went into my account that was closed in 2020, they promised to allocate the payment into the correct active account. up to date nothing has been done, I've called and sent emails with no assistance. It was the worst service ever. They just call and promise to assist but they dont.
