Humiliated at Ackermans in phoenix plazza DBN...

I was illtreated by one of the staff whom cussed me and my husband of being shoplifters, he was tipping one of the employees via a whatsapp voice note. He described what we were wearing etc, the cashier played the vn. We heard it, the rest of the shoppers heard as well. I filled a complaint with the manager, who, reported to the regional manager. The regional manager called me after a month stating he was on leave he will look into the matter and definitely come back to me. As a mother of 4, ackermans is the main store I use for the children's shopping. It's been 4 months I am still waiting for the outcome of my complaint.

Please advise me, what other further steps can I take. I am so disappointed in the service I have received, more especially the regional manager.
