How many citizens has Ackerman's store de*****ed?

I bought a cellphone on the 21/12/19 in a branch in gezina for my daughter, the phone started having technical problem, I returned to the branch I was told they would book it in for repairs and it will be back in 31days. After the 31 days I went back to the store to check on the phone. I was told it was on its way back, every week I have been told different stories about the whereabouts of the phone,I ask if they could give me another phone or my money back they refused,2 months later I still haven't had my daughter phone. I have contacted the area manager who has also failed to assist. I would like my money back and go somewhere else to buy the phone as I want nothing to do with the store. To this day I still haven't received my money.
