How far is Ackermans investigation on their allegation?

I previously had written a review on Ackermans and also had written to their customer care,requesting them to furnish me with proof of their claims since i have been received their messages to settle my account with them.My question was and still is what do i settle when i do not even have an account with them.I received a call a day after writing my review with Hello Peter from:*** promising when the matter will be investigated then fixed,but this week in this November month 2023 again i received such a claim from the same company.
