I bought a pair of school shoes on the 16 April for my son it was a size 7 unfortunately it did not fit ,I went back the 17 April to go and exchange this for a size 8 the manager of Ackerman's Wierdapark Dineo Selepe refused to exchange she said it was worn the more I explained he couldn't wear it it to small for him,she refuse she embarrassed me Infront of all the staff and customers and has such a bad additude ,I'm a loyal customer of Ackerman's for years this has never happened to me please can someone contact me asap regarding this
