Horrible/Rude Store Manager Walmer Park

I went to Ackermans Walmer Park to exchange items that I bought in Greenacres . At first I thought I lost my receipt and explained to the manager countless times while she interrogated me like i stole these items ! Many times ive exhanged items without a receipt amd it was never a problem so why was I treated like a ***** just because I know some of the staff in the store ? She doesn't even know how to speak to customers or her staff!!!!

She refused to help me and asked me several times where my receipt is which I later found in the plastic bag and then only she allowed the staff member to assist me !

This is highly unacceptable and no way to treat customers !!!! I will never sit foot in that store again while that horrible woman is still there !
