Horrible service in Ackermans connect kempton square

Good morning , I am writing to express my extreme dissapointment about the horrible service received from Ackermans connect in kempton square, kempton park.

Yesterday I was given a brochure and I was invited to their grand opening . It happened that i like some of the deals . I came through this morning around 08h00 I wanted to grab 2 phones I found a queue then I joined I was given a number 34. I asked the lady if how many phones can each customer buy , she rep**** "1 per customer " . I stood on the queue for 2 hours and 30 minutes only when I get closer " number 4 "I was told that the phones were finished .

I called one of the staff to explain if what happened , she said there were customers who were buying more than 1 I said to her but I was told it's 1 per customer, she then moved away with an annoyed face 😒

It's unfortunate that all the staff did not have their name badges I would have captured their names and escalated the matter to the branch manager . I couldn't understand if who is who as it was fully packed and busy
