Horrible service from Nomzamo Ackermans Trade Route Mall. Lenasia

Horrible service I've received from one of your staff member by the name of Nomzamo on the 20/04/2018 at Ackermans in Trade Route Mall around 14h00. I was enjoying my shopping with my 3 kids. During shopping I've realized that my 2 years old was wet. Her T shirt was wet as she was drinking juice. I've asked the lady if she can assist me to their staff toilets just to change the kid's Tshirt as the change rooms were far from the store. The lady didn't even show any interest instead she said go and use the public toilets outside. I didn't want the toilet for myself but to change my baby's Tshirt. I understand that there are rules everywhere but the rules are meant to be broken if it won't compromise the image of the store or the brand. I think the staff should go to work with the purpose of making a difference in someone's life rather than making us miserable. She needs to be a little bit sensitive when dealing with mothers with small babies. I ended going to Ackermans at Southgate where I did my shopping in peace. Though the store is currently under revamp but the staff is so welcoming you won't even notice there's a revamp. The store has notices about the revamp everywhere. We don't needs people like Nomzamo during shopping.
