Horrible service at Ackermans Evaton Mall

Ackermans evaton mall won't let me exchange my son's sneaker size the lady who works there told me they are dirty she won't change them for me but I told her I only fitted my son and let him walk through the floor to see if they fit she told me she won't change them now I'm stuck with small sneakers which my son can't wear.
