horrible service and laziness

horrible service at ackermans trade route mall ..... went there to purchase a cellphone ,,one consultant fetched the phone at the back and just left it the counter ...i was kept waiting for 30 minutes with no service until i complained as the tellers were having private conversations ..instead of them apologising ...the decided to defend their actions
