Horrible service

I paid up my account on ozow on 17 may to date the payment hasn't reflected the link I used to pay it with I got from my ackermans statement and the agent I spoke to called mandi yesterday said they received my proof of payment but I must wait another 5 business days I'm wanting to close this account
