Horrible Service

I returned a phone I bought at Ackermans due to it not catching network within 2 weeks of purchase.Ackermans is now saying I need to pay to repairs due to damage,what damage I have not been told.I asked them to return the phone but Im now been asked to pay for courier services,I dropped the phone off at the shop.
