Horrible Service!!!

Horrible experience !!! Waisted all my airtime trying to track my parcel!! Everytime i get told to just wait. Logged a complaint... once again i receive an email to say i must phone the call centre. I am done with Ackermans. I do not recommend their online service. How long must i wait????? Is someone going to help me????
