Horrible Service

Bought a "Hisense E34 Smartphone" at Ackerman's in Boulders Shopping Centre on Monday on the 27 of January 2025 when back to the store to report the problem with the phone as it was very slow, and it keeps on freezing to a point that I tried to refresh and restarted the phone several times, the phone never gets any better.

The manager told me that it is normal, and it will never perform like Samsung, Redmi or Huawei meaning they will not exchange the phone or allow me top up the money for better phone. am now stuck with this phone that I believe is faulty from the factory that can be considered a DOA.

Phone with such specs should perform better,
