HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

If you are planning on making an online purchase at Ackermans, DON'T!! I made an order 3 weeks ago and I have still not received my order. I chose click&collect option but my order was shipped to a different province. After numerous calls they still cannot tell me where my order is and when I will receive it. I bought a graduation outfit for my niece who is graduating in a few days so you can imagine my frustration at this point. They are not providing any feedback whatsover. Ackermans has definitely lost me as a customer!
