Horrible experience at Ackermans Margate

I recently visited Ackermans in Margate and was served by Warren Mkhize who was very rude, I was doing a laybye and i asked him to keep my things safely as I had a bad experience before in the store as they lost my goods, he said I was lying and it was my fault I could not get my stuff as I had failed to collect them on time, he was loud and very rude, I asked him if he was sure of what he was saying and he said yes and I was a lier, I felt very disrespect and embarrassed, I'm not sure if they are taught about customers service. I had collected my things on time, and he repeatedly called me a lier
