Horrible customer service

This is the second time receiving bad service from ackermans I guess I must just take my coins else where, I placed an order online and call to do a follow up on my order as it was delaying only to find out that the store ackermans Westgate received it on the 26 of June and till now , I haven't received an sms notifying me that I must pick up my order. I called customer care they say I must go in store and tell them to call them and I have to be there, which I fail to understand why must I do their job as I'm a customer. I'm super annoyed with ackermans services at this point. If they did have enough stock in store I won't be encountering such horrible service.
