Horrible Customer Service at the Tillpoints

I don't even know how to start this review but the service I got today from a cashier at Ackermans in Palmsprings Mall was horrific to say the least. The store had 2 cashiers at their tillpoints which was fine because there was no long queue. There was a lady who was helping elders with their cellphone activation and a gentleman helping the lady infront of me pay for her items, the lady paid and this gentleman by the name of Zwalekhe then decided to leave his counter without even saying whether he is coming back to assist me or not which I felt was really rude. I have never felt so disrespected and undermined in my life. I waited at the tillpoints thinking he will be coming back because he saw me standing there waiting to pay. As i was beginning to get irritated and frustrated because their staff just kept moving around without a care in the world of a customer waiting to pay. Thank God for Zodwa who assisted me because she could see that I was getting irritated that she had to ask someone to continue with the cellphone activation that she was busy with. She then calls Zwelakhe so I could address him and this guy didn't even apologies, instead when I was speaking to him nicely so, he just mumbled words in his mouth that I couldn't hear. I am disgusted by the service that he gave to me as a client. This certainly isn't the PHADIMA spirit that ACKERMANS is known for. I doubt I will ever shop at that store again
