Horrible customer service

<p>I went to the store in meadodale mall to some few things and then i went to the till point , when i get there i found no cashiers and they sent one guy to assist me his name is Simphiwe as i was standing i gave him cash and my points card after he has done the transaction he placed my slip , card and change far from where i was standing and then i asked for my staff , he told me he cant give me on left hand side of the till and its the same till but he was able to receive my money on the other hand and then said"i ddnt make sense" i ddnt see anything difficult couse i was at the same till point. I took my stuff and went off as i was angry didnt even check my change after a few minutes he comes to my workplace cousing a scene telling me that i should live my attidute were ever i come from and he through R50.00 on the floor saying take your stupid small change you left and took off. I have never been so insulted , i always buy at ackermans and the ladies there u very friendly ,but this is sumthing else . I have work with customers and iv never seen such desrespect </p>
