HORRIBLE CLIENT SERVICE

I visited Ackermans Maponya Mall on Black Friday and was extremely disappointed by the level of customer service I received. An incident was logged, yet I have not received any feedback even after the turnaround time had passed. Neither Client Services nor the store manager, Mkwa****, has followed up.

This experience has left me questioning whether customer care truly matters to this store and whether their service aligns with their stated values. Please refer to my case number CSA0011BGU — I would like to know whether customer queries are taken seriously.
