Horrible and unprofessional customer service

I had a horrible experience with their store in protea glen. I went to purchase a phone and was kept waiting for more than 20 minutes while they fetched the phone from storage only for the supervisor to return to say that they forgot my request. Then waited a further 15 minutes and when i finally received the phone and went to the cashier i was informed that the price listed which was R1499.00 is incorrect and i was required to pay R1799.00 when i asked them to authorize the price i was given they told me there is nothing they could do since this was not a clothing item. I logged a complaint and was advised i would be called back after 3 weeks i was advised the complaint was closed with no contact from their complaints department. This was a horrible customer experience as this was my first time using their services i will never return. Purely unprofessional the manager of the store was unsympathetic and even joked around at my expense.
