Horrible and unacceptable customer service

I'm really disappointed in the customer service from ackermans Westgate first they didn't scan my online order on time I had to make countless enquires, calling the store and not picking up the phone. now they don't want to give me my order saying they want an ID while thier sms didn't mention that I must bring an ID for collection. Ackermans really doesn't want me as thier customer. I'm over them.

They don't even deserve the one star
