Horrible

Logged a ********** claim with Ackerman's since 2024, sent emails as I was instructed by the division, my ID, affidavit everything that was needed I provided. I must say that tenacity group's service is horrible. Made follow ups every week as it was starting to affect my credit profile, and tried by all means to get the necessary help but nothing to this day. Its now 2yrs later my matter was left unresolved, sadly to only be called by debt collectors that I owe them.
