Home deliveries- Complete fail

Due to a lack of competency and honesty after placing an online order for home delivery, the courier company attempted 1 single delivery (or so they say as no one even phoned to say they were at the gate), Ackerman's decided its a complete fail and they rerouted the delivery to their store for collection. Then they claim they were there twice more on the courier service website but no one showed up, and still no delivery company even tried to contact me during this whole exercise to try and deliver my parcel either. Pathetic service.
